Lead Time
Our items are handcrafted, so we operate on a lead time basis. This means there is a short period required for the production of your order before it can be shipped.
Once your order is placed, the lead time stated on our website is the timeframe you can expect your item to be produced and ready for shipping, even if the lead time on our website changes after your purchase.
We’ll let you know via email as soon as your order is complete and on its way to you.
Flat Rate Shipping
Once your order has been made, your order will be shipped to you using a tracked courier service. A flat rate shipping fee applies to all NZ and Australian orders, with a surcharge for rural delivery.
We can ship worldwide on request! Please get in touch to discuss.
Local Delivery
Customers based in Dunedin, NZ can opt for free local delivery. We do not offer store pickup.
During checkout, enter your address and continue to shipping. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15km of Dunedin Central. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Once your order has been made, we’ll endeavour to deliver your order within the next 1-2 working days. We’ll confirm via email that your order is ready for delivery.
