Refund & Return Policy
Because every Rimba Swim piece is handmade to order (and due to hygiene reasons), we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please choose your size, colour, and style carefully.
- Please consult our size chart and use your body measurements to choose your size - don’t rely on your usual size.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at hello@rimbaswim.com. Note that swimwear damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty and can not be accepted for return.
To return an item, it must be unworn, in original condition, and sent back with proof of purchase. Returns are shipped to our Dunedin, NZ address.
Refunds, repairs & replacements
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm next steps. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
